It has all the charms of an older home with hardwood floors, and all the conveniences of a modern house with a fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Windows everywhere fill the house with light and ambiance. Unique art and many books, games and toys add to the feeling of being at home.

Room rentals include full use of the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, deck and garden. If you rent a room or two you may be sharing the space with others and I will let you know if this is the case. If you rent the full house of course it’s all yours and your invited guests. Many guests have graduation receptions, family dinners, wedding rehearsal parties etc. The house is happy to have celebratory events and there are plenty of dishes for groups.

Regular Rates:
Entire 4 bedroom house: $520/night + $41.60 tax = $561.60 per night Total
Room: $130/night + $10.40 tax = $140.40
Special Event Rates:
Entire 4 bedroom house: $620 + $49.60 = $669.60 Total
Room: $155/night + $12.40 = $167.40
Cot $15.00 per night
Crib $15.00 per night
Tax is 8%
Weekly and monthly rates may be available – 2 night minimum – sometimes you may be able to book for one night only and in that case event rates apply.
Deposit
Deposit is 50% of total due upon booking.
Room rental: deposit refundable if canceled 28 days in advance
Entire house rental: deposit refundable if canceled three months in advance
Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash or Check is accepted.
