Built in 2011, the L5 is a warm light inviting modern space with all new memory foam mattresses and luxurious spa-like bathrooms.

Room rentals include full use of the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, deck and garden. If you rent a room or two you may be sharing the space with others and I will let you know if this is the case. If you rent the full house of course it’s all yours!

Regular Rates:
Entire 3 bedroom house: $479.55/night + $38.35 tax (8%) = $ 517.90 Total
Room: $159.85/night + $12.78 tax (8%) = $172.63 Total
Special Event Rates:
Entire 3 bedroom house: $554.55/night + $44.35 (8%) = $598.90 Total
Room: $184.85/night + $14.78 tax (8%)=$199.63 Total
Cots and cribs and extra bedding can be requested free of charge
Weekly and monthly rates may be available – 2 night minimum – sometimes you may be able to book for one night only and in that case event rates apply.
I do not charge extra cleaning fees, damage deposits or any other fees at all. The price remains exactly as stated. I work with the concept of trust and mutual respect and if there is a problem or damage we can work through it together.
Deposit is 50% of total due upon booking.
Room rental: deposit refundable if canceled 28 days in advance
Entire house rental: deposit refundable if canceled three months in advance
